Our art explorers may be young in this studio class, but we have plenty of room for great big creative ideas! Artists will explore color, shape, and texture through two and three-dimensional projects. Over the course of this class, students will work with pencil, marker, paint, clay, paper, and recycled materials. Class meets for 8 weeks (Apr. 10 - June 5). No class on May 29. 301-588-2787
Lego Robot Design - The Evergreen School
Introducing students to the essence of engineering through challenges and problem solving. Participants will learn how to design and assemble robots with sensors, motors, and computers using LEGO Mindstorms®. The week culminates into robot games and battles where students show off with their working robots. This class promotes problem solving, logic, artistic expression, and team-building.
