Kid's Fit Camp - Rogers, AR
After our regular bootcamp, Jack will be hosting a workout for kids 8-12 years old. The workout will be bodyweight strength & cardio exercise, done in the group fitness room. Parents will need to stay on-site, but are encouraged to workout while the kids are in class. Cost is $5/ child.

Great Escape is partnering with Pleasant Hill Parks & Recreation to host a week long bowling camp. VOLLEY STARS CAMP | Ages 5-8 years old. Volley Stars Camp focuses on motor skills, movement skills, ball skills and basic volleyball skills for the youngest players.
