Command your own Lego-powered robot. From Lego StoryStarter to Simple Machines, EV3 Mindstorms and Tetrix, campers will have an opportunity to bring their imaginations to life through many fun projects and experiments. NOTE: THIS PROGRAM RUNS MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FOR A HALF DAY. FRIDAYS ARE FIELD TRIP DAYS AND ARE THEREFORE FULL DAYS. UNLESS THE CAMP DIRECTOR GIVES YOU AN EARLIER ARRIVAL TIME, PLAN TO DROP OFF YOUR CHILD AT 9:00 AM ON FRIDAYS. Camp is June 8-August 3 2015 at Hotspot and starts 9am to 4pm with activities . We do have early drop off as well as late pick up. Three days are at the studio dancing all styles of dance and fitness and then 2 days we go on fieldtrips. They vary from water parks to skating rinks and more. There is an Early Bird Special going on now until March 31st - 4 weeks for $340 and 8 weeks for $640.00 . The savings is unreal so take advantage today!

Animation Workshop Morning Session - Visual Art Institute
Experience an immersive two week animation workshop with artist Nathan Ratcliffe, a video game developer and creator and VAI alumni. This workshop will allow students to learn the complex, intensive, and rewarding process of creating a short animated film as a team. This is an amazing opportunity for teenage students to not only improve their concept of motion, but to learn technical and real-world skills. Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops if they have them. This workshop will run from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Contact VAI for more information at (801) 474-3796. 801-474-3796
Soccer Camp: Middle and High School Boys - Harding Cherry Road
This session includes: speed/ agility, field session, functional training, small sided games, 11 vs 11, indoor session. Campers should sign-in at 8:00 am on the field. Campers should bring their own lunch, or money for lunch. Campers should bring a ball, shin guards, cleats/indoor shoes (tennis shoes), and a water bottle. What will your artsified city look like? Urban installation artists can create just about anything from huge steel sculptures in parks, 40 foot long mosaics in subways, giant murals on sky high buildings, Using inspiration from city life, campers will paint, sculpt and erect a city from the pavement to the sky. Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. 401-490-9475
