Felting - The Evergreen School
Join the felting fun! Students will be encouraged to create their own patterns. They will be taught to use basic sewing skills making felt stuffies. The children will also be taught to needle felt, turning wool batting into flat felted works of art, and 3-D felted figures. 206-957-1533

Digital Photography - S1 - Plymouth Community Arts Council
This camp will teach you to use all of the features on your own camera while learning basic to advanced composition, exposure, focus, lighting and printing photos. We will take action, still life and landscape photos, so dress for the weather. We will print final photos and showcase the best in our summer camp art show. Join Fun Fluency on an afterschool aventura of learning a new language—the way your brain was meant to learn it! Dont miss out on your childs window of opportunity to learn a language with ease at a young age. Classes are taught by native speakers and experienced/certified Spanish teachers. Students learn Spanish naturally through immersion, movement, games, songs, rhythm, reading, and acting out/listening to stories. Our storytelling-based method focuses on long-term retention, not just memorization. Students will quickly see how fun and easy it is to understand, read, and write in Spanish while being immersed in language, play, and laughter. SAMO Tennis Spring Break Camp - Santa Monica High Tennis Courts
Camp is open to all skill levels of players. Campers are grouped based on age, ability, and experience. Each camper will receive instruction on the fundamentals of all strokes and will enhance their skills through repetition, ball-feeding drills, live-ball situation and competitive play. USPTA coaches Wilston Poon and Stanford Poon direct all sessions. Please bring a racket, new can of balls, snack, sunscreen, water, and hat/sunglasses. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION (for Santa Monica Residents only) runs February 3 (6 am) through February 9. Non-resident registration opens February 10. REFUNDS - Refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made in writing to the Program Supervisor in person or by fax (310-899-0840), mail, or email ( ).
