Objective of camp: All participants will experience training opportunities, group and individual instruction from coaches, guidance in sport psychology, race strategy, strength training, injury prevention and nutrition. Our staff and coaches will provide a fun learning environment for various ages in cross country. Youll meet other runners who share your passion.
