I used to go to this camp as a kid and now that I have my own daughter, I sent here to this camp as well. My sister, whom also attending this camp as a kid, pulled her kids out of this camp last year, stating that there was a lot of bullying and picking on kids and no accountability for this type of behavior. Kids Winter Art Camp: Mixed-Media Masks! - Bellingham, WA
In this winter break art class, we'll imagine that we are in a warm tropical place with palm trees, wild birds singing, and sandy beaches. To inspire our imagination, we’ll learn about the French post-Impressionist artist Paul Gauguin, the location of Tahiti, and a brief history of Tikis. Tiki masks actually have a long, rich history in Polynesian culture. The Tiki masks were originally hand-carved wooden masks that were used to symbolize deities, give protection, and increase luck. We'll create our own colorful and textured papers with paints with a variety of brushes, and different items to make texture, in mixed-media format, then use the painted papers to create our Tiki masks. Art Teacher: Rachel (LeLu) Simpson Dates: December 28th, 29th, & 30th at 3:00pm – 5:00pm Location: BAAY, 1059 N. Teen weekend is for youngsters age 12-17, and campers have the option to bring a friend of the same sex and approximate age. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups, as well as a learning experience for campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to “teen issues,” “school issues,” and “How-to-be-a-friend” are led by pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dieticians and mental health professionals. We understand that networking and the support of a teen’s peers is critical at this age, so we provide fun and interactive activities such as a beach party, luaus, casino night, and a lot of land sports.

Little League Camp Week 2 - Sunken Diamond
The Stanford Baseball School (Part ONE), along with the Stanford Games Camp (Part TWO), are designed to be taken simultaneously by those that enjoy and have a passion for the game. Participants will first be grouped by age, ability, and prior experiences. During the morning instructional session throughout each week, participants will be coached in several baseball skills, fundamentals, and team concepts. Members of the camp will receive instruction in a variety of areas including hitting, infield play, outfield play, pitching, catching, rundowns, double plays and base running. Finally, everyday campers will hit in our hitting facility. In the Games Camp (Part TWO) players are grouped by age and ability and teams are formed. Teams play against one another in a coach pitched game where the goal is to see that ball put into play. Campers will participate in a wide variety of activities such as kayaking, swimming, hiking and rock climbing, as well as community service projects.
