Old Davie School - Session 2 Only (July 18, 2016-August 12, 2016) Advanced levels of study in voice and diction, character analysis, scene study, dialects, styles and methods. Show: Pippin Heir to the Frankish throne, the young prince Pippin is in search of the secret to true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield and the intrigues of political power. In the end, though, he finds that happiness lies not in extraordinary endeavors, but rather in the un-extraordinary moments that happen every day. Performance: Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. This camp is designed for campers who are: Ages 13 to 18 who are at a moderate level of experience. This camp is offered at Broward Center for the Performing Arts and Old Davie School only. Come on out and win items up to $75 for as little as 3 quarters from multiple area vendors. There will be two rounds of the auction and one round of the raffles. Do you like puppets, jokes or just like to ham it up? Variety Show Camp is the camp for you! At the beginning of the week well try different activities - read some jokes, sing, act out skits and talk about our talents. Halfway through the week, well begin to craft and rehearse our show.
