Experience basic skateboarding instruction with an emphasis on balance, pushing the board, kick turns, maneuvering, and manual. Campers will progress as they accomplish skills. A liability form must be signed by a parent before participation. Participant-to-coach ratio is approximately 12:1. All campers will receive a t-shirt and a merit award! Theme: Fairy Tale Adventures Silly characters take to the stage! Through improvisation, special guest artist workshops, art projects, theatre games and rehearsals, campers will learn the basics of acting. Along the way they will discover new ways of collaborating with peers and the joy of performing. Past workshops have included stage make-up, choreography, singing, yoga, and swordplay!
