This camp is designed for those who are ready to advance their learning and exploration of the natural world. Connolly Ranch Stewards will get a behind-the-scenes perspective of Connolly Ranch and its natural history. Participants will have the opportunity to work on conservation projects, build natural shelters, learn advanced farm chores, explore rarely used areas, hike in the hills and delve into techniques, tactics and concepts that this older group is ready to explore. But its not all work! Our naturalists and teachers will guide these budding environmentalists in games and exercises that offer lots of fun while imparting important lessons about protecting open spaces and wild places. This camp will culminate with a campout on Thursday night including night hike, star gazing and storytelling by the fire. 707-224-1894

Announcing our first annual Weinberg Cycle a Kid to Camp event! Join us for a lot of fun and raise funds to send Baltimore City children to Y Camp where they will spend the summer learning, laughing and playing, as children should. Register to ride for an hour or all four OUTSIDE on the cycle studio bikes! We will have a live DJ pumping the jams to keep your feet pedaling for Y kids! Nasimco Youth Leadership Retreat 2016 - Fruitland Park, FL
NASIMCO is pleased to announce the 2016 Youth Leadership Retreat with the theme of “Thinking Outside the Box: Making Your Voice Count!” This year the retreat will be held in sunny Orlando, Florida. It is an initiative led by youth with the vision of creating a forum for dialogue to enhance the ability of participants to think outside the box, engage in self-reflection, become socially conscious and have the confidence to act upon it in their local and global communities. This year’s retreat is hosted by the Husseini Islamic Center of Florida, INC. at the Warren W. Willis United Methodist Camp in sunny Fruitland Park, Florida. The retreat will combine facilitated workshops, debates, dialogue and recreational activities in order to optimize learning opportunities for all participants. It will take place during the Labour Day weekend, from September 2nd to September 5th, 2016. The intended participants are all youth ages 18 to 25. Registration is USD $200.00 per participant, which includes food, lodging, and ground transportation within Orlando. Spaces at the retreat are limited to 30 participants. Puppet Palooza - Tuckahoe Elementary
Shadow, Rod, Hand, Finger, Bunraku, Sock, Marionette: there are so many types of puppets and now you can learn about them! Over the course of 1 week, campers will each build, manipulate and perform with their own puppets. Puppet Palooza is a unique blend of art, acting, mime, and ensemble: a one-of-a-kind experience for every level of experience. Age 7-9, Session 02 - LMSS - A
These 1 or 2 week sessions provide first time sailors aged 7-10 with the basics of sailing in a fun, safe and encouraging environment. Sailors will be using Prams, which are ideal for 2-3 sailors in 1 boat. Students will be taught the points of sail, basics of sailing upwind, downwind and between 2 points, along with sail trim, knot tying and general seamanship. Graduation takes place at the conclusion of each session, and parents are encouraged to come visit the Island and see their young sailors in action. 9524041645.0

Tumbling for Tots Add-On - Lower School
Boys and girls ages 3 to 5 get to improve their tumbling skills through a variety of exercises that develop strength and coordination.
