Food Cart Freewheelers will again bring campers around the city with one great ambition: to find the best lunch, while exploring the foodie side of Portland through its many food cart offerings. Campers ride to a different food cart pod everyday and learn to budget and plan their spending. Campers can look forward to broadening their understanding of cycling and cuisine, and experiencing the empowerment of earning a hot lunch with a week of riding. Skills they will develop: • Completing sharp turns • Riding down a hill fast while in total control of the bike • Understanding right of way • Navigating and riding in traffic: signaling or communicating with other road users, taking the lane, etc. • Troubleshooting problems and communicating effectively with a mechanic 503-288-8864 x321

Teen Leadership Summit - Seattle, WA
Join Camp Fire for a daylong conference just for teens to build leadership skills that will prepare you for the school year ahead. Workshop sessions may include topics such as communication, goal setting, mindset management, teamwork, leadership style and the impact of service learning. This event is a great way to learn about Camp Fire programs like Teens in Action or the Spring Break Road Trips and kick-off the year ahead! Camp Fire will also present information about how to begin earning your Wohelo Award, the highest achievement in Camp Fire. Find your youth voice and learn to put it into action! Prior experience in Camp Fire, Camp Sealth, or program membership is not required. Lunch and all workshop materials will be provided by Camp Fire and is included in your registration fee. Spring National Youth Leadership Training - Virginia Beach, VA
National Youth Leadership Training is an exciting, action-packed program designed to provide youth members with leadership skills and experience they can use in their home troops and in other situations demanding leadership of self and others. The NYLT course centers around the concepts of what a leader must BE, what he must KNOW, and what he must DO. The key elements are then taught with a clear focus on HOW TO. The skills come alive during the week as the patrol goes on a Quest for the Meaning of Leadership.

Youth Football Camp - Pawhuska, OK
Big T Sports and Athletics Youth Football Camp. Non-Contact camp for youth entering grades 1-6 in Fall 2015. Former College (OU and OSU) and NFL players (Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, Denver Broncos, and Cleveland Browns) will be on site coaching drills, stations, and interacting with campers. Gymnastics Camp Session 8 - Whetstone Community Center
Flip for our Gymnastics Camps this summer. Whetstone Community Center offers one-week gymnastics camps for girls and boys beginner through advanced levels. Campers will participate in a skills test the first day to place them in an appropriate level. Both weeks offer gymnast instruction on the following apparatuses: Vault, Balance Beam, Bars, and Floor. Campers will participate in group as well as art activities. On Fridays of each week, campers will also get to participate in a themed performance to showcase their abilities in front of family and friends. Ages 13-14 must be a level 4 to attend.
