Watauga Kid Fish & Campout - Watauga, TX
Come out to Watauga's Capp Smith Park to enjoy a fun evening with the family, fishing and camping out under the stars! Poles and bait will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. Don't forget your tent and camping gear! Fishing Derby Age Divisions: 6 & Under, 7-11, 12-16. Prizes will be awarded. We will have a few food vendors on site to purchase dinner & treats. A Free Breakfast will be provided for the overnight campers the following morning at 7:30AM. You MUST pre register for the campout by Thursday, September 16 in order to receive the free breakfast. Space is limited for breakfast. Also, the River Church will be at the event giving away free clothing!! Make sure to stop by to visit them.
Kid's Do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Join us after class for our special, annual Kid's Do Strollfit Class. All kids are welcome to bring a push toy (stroller, lawn mower, grocery cart, etc.). They can put a doll or stuffed animal in it to ride around. After class, the kids will do their own verson of Baby Boot Camp - Norman. It is sooooo cute. They learn so much by watching us, why not let them show off? Older Kids (usually age 3ish...), here is the list of exercises you can teach. Moms, please work with your child and help them show the exercise to the group and then do 5 reps. Sebastian: High Knees Whitely: Burpees Lanie: squats Cooper: push ups Who else wants to teach??? Bee Hive Camp - Red River Valley Fair
Campers will get down and dirty learning about bees while building wooden beehives at the Red River Valley Fair. Campers will learn how to construct our precut beehive building stations: box station, framing station and painting station. In-between building beehives, a bee specialist will teach the campers about bees and their habitat. Request t-shirt size on the registration form. Meet at the Schollander Information Building. Owl Pride Team Camp is for all student-athletes interested in playing football who will be in grades 7-12 during the 2016-2017 school year. Campers should bring athletic wear and football cleats to camp. Pre-registered campers will receive a camp shirt and water bottle. Walk-up registration will be accepted, but shirts and water bottles will not be guaranteed and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. The Seymour Football FUNdamental Youth Football Camp will take place May 25-27th at Bulleit Stadium (SHS Campus). Wednesdays camp will be from 4-6PM, while Thursday and Fridays camp will be from 8:00-10:00AM. The camp is open to any student who will be in Kindergarten through 6th grade during the 2016-2017 school year. Pre-registered campers will receive a camp shirt. Walk-up registrations will be accepted. However, walk-up registration will not be guaranteed a camp shirt. Camp shirts will be issued to walk-up registrations on a first come, first served basis. The Seymour Football FUNdamental Youth Camp will introduce and refine the basic fundamental skills of the game of football. This is a NON-CONTACT camp. Proper techniques of blocking, throwing, catching, ball carrying, ball-security and route-running will be taught and developed. Safe and proper tackling techniques will be taught using padded practice dummies. No tackling of any players will take place during this camp. The emphasis of this camp is to develop basic skills and to have fun while learning the game of football.
