STRIDE is a fun after-school running and character-building program for boys in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Throughout the program, the focus is on doing ones personal best, not competing with each other. STRIDE meets twice a week for a total of 10 weeks. The practices are held after school and last for 75 minutes. Each session includes a lesson/discussion, a game/activity, and a running workout with trained coaches. Use the grade your child JUST COMPLETED in the spring as his/her grade for camp registration. AGE LEVEL REQUIREMENTS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
