The staff at Sandy Hill Camp is great. We noticed that they had a vast ethnicity so many children were able to find counselors that looked and talked very similar to them. We went to this camp because of its great reputation. There are so many things to do for all the kids, and they’ll make so many friends. You’ll end up having to take them back summer after summer. Students will be introduced to, and explore a wide variety of exercises that are challenging yet fun! Consisting of multiple stations where students engage in exploratory learning using weights, jump ropes, exercise balls, medicine balls, fitness bands, multiple I-pad fitness applications, kettle bells, speed ladders, and much more! Learn to BUILD simple machines using gears, levers and pulleys and then MOTORIZE these machines using LEGO and K?NEX educational kits. Our written Engineering curriculum BUILDS MATH and SCIENCE skills with hands on Kinetic learning techniques. Each day we will build new simple machines and conduct experiments to see how well they perform. STEM CURRICULUM. Students will understand why a machine works and will learn how to manipulate a machine to go faster or slower. Resolute Futures is a coed youth program to help players learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
