AM My First Computer Game Design Camp - Scottsdale Country Day School Campus
This camp is a very unique opportunity to a young child to get an introduction to programming and designing a computer game. We will use Kodu to create cool landscapes, move around various terrains, add characters to our fields and more. All while talking about mathematical concepts like rotation, elevation, two and three dimension, zooming and more. Students love the challenge of creation their own games and they are very proud of their unique designs. 480-833-7338

Drones (ages 8-12) - Camp Hickory Hill
Learn to skillfully fly a remote controlled helicopter drone, then race the clock in our drone obstacle course. Take your drone home to enjoy after camp! There will still be plenty of time for other traditional camp activities including swimming, Catan ball, campfires and Bible Exploration!! Get Golf Ready is an intro to golf program for new, beginner and high handicapper golfers. GGR is designed to teach everything youll need to play golf in just a few lessons. Each session will focus on the various golf skills you will use while playing. In addition to learning the basics, you will be guided onto the golf course to put your skills into action in a casual, friendly setting. Through this program, participants will be introduced to golf in a comfortable setting that will enable participants to reap the benefits both on and off the golf course. Not only will participants experience the satisfaction of striking that first chip shot, particpants will also realize the health, professional and personal benefits, that are afforded by the game. On the business side, for young and seasoned professionals, men and women alike, the golf course provides as appropriate setting to develope new business relationships and network with colleagues. Fashion Sewing Camp at The Sewing Room- Student Choice - The Sewing Room
Fashion Sewing Camp at The Sewing Room- Student Choice Learn to sew, draw, and express yourself through fashion! Join us for a week or two of fashion fun. Each child will complete a garment and model it in an informal fashion show at the end of the week. We explore different aspects of the design process throughout the camp. Machines and tools are provided at THE SEWING ROOM, but students must purchase a project either from THE SEWING ROOM or from a fabric store (not included in the price of the camp). A pattern list appropriate to the class will be sent out in May. Snacks are provided, however, please have your child bring lunch. 9am-3pm Monday - Friday 510-332-9807

Week 3 PM - Junior Lifeguards - Wuskenau Beach
Learn the basics of what it takes to be a lifeguard. This program promotes teamwork, leadership, and aquatic safety while introducing students to professional opportunities. Get quality water safety education on ocean and beach hazards, including rip currents, waves and tides. Gain an understanding on beach ecology and marine life and learn respect for the environment and for themselves, their parents and their peers. Includes: surf and ocean rescue, skills in first aid and CPR, boogie boarding, body surfing, beach/water flags and race relays. This is not a certifying class. 860-535-9362
