Youth Football Camp - Hixson, TN
The Cobra's youth football camp is a non-contact football camp that cultivates talented young people in an effort to unite a community that has deeply supported athletics and leadership building. Participants of the Cobra's Camp will receive personal coaching from TN Cobra players and other former college players, and trained coaches. All youth (boys & girls) between the ages of 5-13 are encouraged to participate. We only have 100 spots; this event is being held at an indoor athletic facility and will not cancel due to weather. Our training sessions are creative and geared toward maintaining a fun yet challenging and competitive atmosphere. We understand that athletes need to not only be pushed to their limits, but they must enjoy what they are doing if they are to truly benefit from it. The program utilizes a combination of speed, acceleration, and agility drills coupled with power and strength exercises in a structured and controlled environment. These young athletes will learn and sharpen their skills in the mechanics of running, agility, and footwork, while being introduced to various pieces of speed and agility training equipment throughout the facility. Low-intensity strength training is emphasized with exercises involving the athletes own body weight, and power is developed through the application of plyometrics. We have a way of making training and fitness fun. Our kids leave the facility sweaty, red-faced, smiling and wanting to come back for more! 919-438-2144
