Students will discover how stop motion animations such as Wallace & Gromit and The Nightmare Before Christmas are created and explore the software, technology and theory behind them! Spacing, timing, acceleration of motion, project planning and execution will all be covered throughout the program, and use LEGO® to put each into practice. Every single class is hands-on and by the time the program is complete each student will leave with their own original stop motion animation! Oasis Summer Camp in the Mountains: ADOPTED - Gatlinburg, TN
Oasis in the Mountains: ADOPTED Students (Grades 7-12) are invited to join us for our annual Summer Camp from Jully 22-25. Registration is open and you can register at www.mbcpetal.com Camp will be held at Wafloy Retreat Center in the mountains of Tennessee. Our speaker this year will be Kevin Cooper and music will be led by the Christ Layton Band. Cost is $275 which includes a deposit of $75 to reserve your spot. Space is limited so register as soon as possible. Deadline to register is May 8.

Toddler Boot Camp: 'I'm a Big Kid Now' - Battle Creek, MI
Youngsters and their families will enjoy stories, crafts, songs, and surprises at Toddler Boot Camp. This themed four-week story time is geared to children 1-5 years old to encourage them to transition from the baby stages to a big kid. Stories and songs such as "Bye Bye Binky," " No More Diapers," and "No More Monsters," will be shared to make transitioning for parent and child a fun experience.

Chess Camp, Afternoon - Francis W Parker
Chess Wizards introduces students to the magical world of chess. Campers learn how to play and master chess techniques from our renowned Chess Wizards. They learn cool chess openings, midgame tactics (including forks, pins, discovered attacks and more) and endgames concepts.
