Campers will learn how to make several delicious and fun dishes. Meals are prepared and our restaurant opens at the end of the week for family and friends. This camp features delectable competitions with plenty of challenges. Specialty Camp Cancellation Policy A full refund of fees, less a $20 cancellation fee, will be granted if the request is made by the Thursday prior to the start of the camp week. If the request is made after the Thursday prior to the start of the camp week but before the first day, a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be granted. A prorated refund of fees, less a $20 cancellation fee, will be granted to students who attend the first class if the request is made before the second camp day. Students who transfer from one camp to another will be charged a $20 transfer fee. If a student transfers to a class taught by the same instructor as the original camp, no transfer fee will be applied. Foothills Day Camp - Session 3 - Community Services Department - City of Palo Alto
Celebrating 57 years of creating lifelong friends, long lasting memories, and a deep respect and love for nature, Foothills Day Camp is back for another incredible summer in the great outdoors. Each session includes pre and post camp, which means campers can be dropped off anytime between 7:30am-8:45am, and picked up anytime between 4-6pm (drop-off and pickup location is at the Girl Scout House). Additionally, campers will spend the second Thursday of each session sleeping under a blanket of stars at Camp Towle for the ultimate campout experience. Night activities include a delicious BBQ, animated storytelling around the campfire, a thrilling night hike, and more.
