No parent wants to hear that their child has diabetes. But when you learn that it is manageable you carry on. That doesn't mean letting them go to camp was an easy decision. But once we visited with the staff at Camp Discovery we knew our girl was going to be supervised and look after by counselors who understood the challenges of living with diabetes. Teen&Tween Summer Camp Series - Flemington, NJ
The Purpose of this yoga series is to introduce teens and tweens to the practice of yoga while incorporating "mat chats" to process feelings, thoughts,and reactions to daily challenges they may face. The series is broken down for tweens and teens. Tweens ages 10-12: Aug 8th at 12:15pm to 1:15pm Teens ages 13-17: Aug 8th from 1:30pm to 3pm This series will be on both Mon and Wed with the last class held on Aug 24th.
Kid's for Camp 3D Bow Shoot - Holmen, WI
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Youth Office is once again holding its 5th annual "KID'S FOR CAMP 3D BOW SHOOT" on June 11-12 beginning 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. each day. Whether you're an avid archer or just a beginner, this beautiful course set with 30 big and small game targets, in the hills and valleys of God’s country will challenge your archery skills while having fun with your hunting buddies and family members. The 3D shoot will take place at “Arrows in the Square Pro Archery Store” located on Casberg Coulee Rd near Holmen WI. 54636. Besides the 3D shoot, we will have food available on the grounds for purchase, novelty games to win tickets for door prizes, beginner archery lessons and so much more. Cost is only $15 (adult) $10 (12-16 years) and children 11 and under shoot for free with paid adult. Divisions with club rules will include: Hunters open, unlimited, limited, traditional, women’s and youth. Please share with all your archery friends and make plans today on attending this awesome 3D shoot while supporting and even more awesome cause, our youth!!

Learning activities will center around small group instruction with like instruments, music theory and games, and a group rehearsal with all instruments combined. The week will conclude with a short informance by all band members. Open to students entering 5th grade who have no previous experience on a band instrument. Students participate in daily rehearsals, master classes, elective courses, special presentations, and a variety of social activities. Each session features a concert and master class with a professional visiting artist ensemble and concludes with a performance featuring student ensembles. ASTA/NJ CMI is open for participation to students playing to string instruments, woodwinds, classical guitar and piano.
