SD Skatelife Spring Break Skateboaring Camp - Encinitas Community Park
Join us at the Encinitas Skate Plaza for a week of skateboarding fun! Learn how to skate in a safe and controlled environment with expert instructors from the Neal Mims Skate Academy and SD Skatelife. This camp is designed to teach skateboards of any level. Come learn skateboarding fundamentals, meet guest professional skateboarders and make new friends. All participants must wear helmets, elbow and knee pads. Glamorize Your Doll - Lower School
Get set for some serious sewing fun! Our Glamorize Your Doll program is designed for campers that have always had the desire to create trendy clothes and accessories for their very own 18 doll. Patient, kind, and skilled handwork studio counselors will teach techniques such as machine and hand-sewing, embroidery, and other embellishing techniques, then allow campers to craft their own unique creations for their doll. Video Production Basics (PM) - The Digital Arts Experience
Come for 1 or 2 weeks! These programs are aimed at beginner to intermediate level students. Because our classes are small groups, instructors can gauge each students skill level and assign projects appropriately. All students will receive their own DAE 8GB flash drive to store their work on and take home! Watching movies is awesome but how do you make them? This class introduces students to the basic concepts of creating movies! Students will learn composition techniques to create interesting shots, how to tell a good story with clever editing and how to plan out their own project. Join and start improving your filmmaking skills today. SJC - Sports Girls Lacrosse - SJC Long Island
Female lacrosse players of all ability levels are welcome to attend this camp. Athletes will develop technical and tactical skills needed to be a successful player. Session will consist of agility, stick skills, offensive and defensive strategy and teamwork drills. Campers will participate in position specific drills as well as scrimmages and other competitions.
