We all know that the YMCA has been around for years. But instead of a outdated program, the summer day camp was fun and fresh. Between the swimming, the sports and the crafts our kids were certainly kept busy. Not once did we hear, "I'm bored!" That's a huge change of pace for them. Kingwood Christian Fellowship's Teen Camp 2015 is open to all high school teens (grades 9-12). Cost of camp is $35.00 if you pre-register by August 15 or $40.00 if you register after August 15. You can register up until 6:00 p.m. at the camp on August 21, the first day of camp. Siblings who register together each get $5.00 off of the cost of camp. This camp is from 1-4 pm for up to 12 students. A variety of equine topics will be covered and students will have hands on learnining on brushing, saddling, basic knoweledge and care, and riding.
