Art Lovers come and see how creative you can be! See your imagination come alive and bring home beautiful keepsake art projects using different types of art mediums. We will also spend time playing some fitness games, Dance Dance Revolution (DDR), and swimming in the pool, but our main focus will be the amazing art projects the kids will create. *****Please bring a nut free bag lunch***** Snack will be provided Please wear athletic shoes and bring a bathing suit towel and water bottle. Before care is available from 8-9 and aftercare is available from 2-6 for an additional fee. FREE KIDS GUN SAFETY CLASS - Norwalk, OH
********CLASS IS NOW FULL*********** Parents please stay with your children for this event. Bring lawn chairs to relax in. We have found that this is a great learning experience for parents and children alike. We are working with the local law enforcement community to have officers, equipment and K9's available for demonstration. Children will be shooting .22 and 9mm pistols as well as .22 rifles. An instructor will be with the children to assist in holding. Please confirm in the discussion thread if you are coming. We will need to limit this class to 60 children. Donations of cash or ammo will be accepted at the registration table but are not mandatory for attendance. All donations go to future children's classes. Thanks!!
CBA Winter Youth Camp - Goose Creek, SC
The Charleston Baseball Academy Winter Youth Camp will be held Saturday, December 3 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Charleston Baseball Academy at Dennis Park. ages 8u-14U This camp will be instructed by the CBA Staff which includes former college coach Jason Murray, Stan Kowalski, Sean Leyland, Donavan Campbell, Scott Sandman along with special guest James Reeves, LHP with the New York Yankees Organization. Other coaches will also be present. The Winter Youth Camp will give the players a chance to learn from the top coaches and players in the game of baseball today. Our focus is on the fundamentals and how to prepare and learn to practice correctly to become a better player. Parents and youth coaches are welcome to attend for FREE! Regular Pricing: $245.00 must be paid in full by April 27th. These may be made in increments, but MUST BE PAID IN FULL by April 27th. If not paid in full by April 27th the previous payments will go towards the new final cost of $265.00. (T) 2016 Youth Leaders Summit (T) - Shepherdsville, KY
Tentatively scheduled for 29-31 January 2016, the Youth Leaders Summit, or YLS, is a consolidated Troop JLT that is conducted annually - the 2016 event will take place at Camp Crooked Creek. YLS should be attended by youth in the rank of 2nd Class or above and be newly elected leaders, or expected to become leaders within their troop. The training emphasizes YOUTH leadership of a troop, the Patrol Method, youth leadership positions and duties, basic problem solving and other principles of youth leading youth. Class size is limited to 30 Scouts, so be sure to register early!
