If you cancel after that date there will be a $15 fee. Low enrollment: "Take My Word For It!" occasionally has to cancel a class due to low enrollment. (The minimum number of students varies from school to school). Typically we will meet on the first date while continuing to promote the class. What Staff Members Are On Site?
There are a number of trained staff on site. They undergo staff training to better understand the mission, policies, and schedule of the program. Different camps have different ratios. The smaller the ratio, the more individualized attention a camper will receive. For example, a 1:3 ratio means that there is one staff member per three campers. Some staff are focused on the daily care of youth in the cabin or program whereas others are trained to lead specialized activities. Summer Camp Volunteer Informational Session - Tulsa, OK
New Hope serves children and youth of Oklahoma ages 5-18 who have an incarcerated parent. Our summer camps offer unique opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive enviornment. Our camps depend upon our volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help us prepare for camp, at camp, in-between camps, and after camp. There is a role and opportunity for everyone! Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference - Crossville, TN
The Southern Region 4-H Teen Leadership Conference (SLTRC) is scheduled for September 24-27, 2015, at the Clyde M. York 4-H Center in Crossville. This event is open to senior 4-H members (9-12 grade as of January 1, 2015). SLTRC is an outstanding opportunity to help youth develop leadership skills, citizenship skills and help them find opportunities to put those skills to use in their community. The registration fee for this conference is $180.00 which includes lodging, meals and a t-shirt.

Southwest Basketball - Southwest Basketball
Southwest Basketball, conduct basketall camps, leagues, tournaments and basketball personl training for childern ages 6 to 18 male and female. Our camps normally last a week,(Monday through Friday). A day at the camp usually last for 3 hours. We teach all the basic fundamentals of basketball. The last hour of the camp is reserved for games and general fitiness. YOUTH LEAGUES The players get 10 games. There is a tournament at the end of the season. The players practice once a week and play once a week, an hour for practice and the games usually last about an hour. Red, White, and Blue American Girl: This engaging and fun dance camp will include ballet, tap, and jazz choreography with American themes and patriotic music.
