Youth Winter Camp - New Haven, MI
Haven Place will be doing a FREE Youth Winter Camp. Grades 6th thru 12th. This camp will be focusing on Community Service, Discipleship, We will be having youth grades 6 to 12 stay overnight for three nights. We will be doing community service hours on Friday and Saturday. We will be taking the youth to serve senior citizens in the surrounding area. The youth will be making gifts to bring to the elderly. The youth will also be disciples through a program through D-Now Studies called "The Pause" this discipleship course is four sessions and it will equip youth to learn how to seek God in a never ending multitasking environment. They will each receive a student book and t-shirt. We will be having a New Years Eve party for them. Live band and student mentors will be with them during the camp. Weather permitting we will be shoveling snow and going to sledding hills to pass out free hot cocoa and the gospel message. Possibly do "laundry Love" where we go into a local laundry mat and pay for everyones laundry to be done and more!! We need to know who is interested ASAP so we can plan fundraising, travel, etc... The 2016 Teen Prayer Conference will be held at Camp Yorktown Bay in Mountain Pine Arkansas and is sponsored by the Arkansas-Louisiana Prayer Ministries Department. Teen Prayer Conference is for any students in grades 7-12. Travel Camp Week 10: Metro Movers - Westminster School
What is the best way to cool off in the hot summer heat? WATER and we are going to have a lot of it! Children will get wet every day. Griffins will dive into the pool twice a week, splash at waterparks and soak a friend with balloons, super soakers and more! Outdoor Explorers Camp for Ages 9-12 - Mt. Adams Institute
Outdoor Explorers Camp is a Cascade Mountain School day program that introduces students to the fun and excitement of outdoor adventures in the Trout Lake Valley. Students will get to explore an underground cave, build forts out of natural materials, hike to a secret natural spring and more. The entire camp will be spent outside! Parents are welcome to join in on the exploring! Day camps for ages 9-12 will be held Monday through Thursday from 1-4 pm each day. There will be optional transportation from Hood River, OR and Bingen, WA for an additional fee. The fee is $12.50/day/student for transport. 503-358-1949
