This picturesque camp is quietly located between the Chugach Mountains and the Cook Inlet. It has been welcoming campers since 1961. My 10 year old son loves any outdoor activities. This camp is perfect for him. The non-judgmental philosophy of the camp makes it a place where children and teens can grow. Kids Winter Art Camp: Mixed-Media Masks! - Bellingham, WA
In this winter break art class, we'll imagine that we are in a warm tropical place with palm trees, wild birds singing, and sandy beaches. To inspire our imagination, we’ll learn about the French post-Impressionist artist Paul Gauguin, the location of Tahiti, and a brief history of Tikis. Tiki masks actually have a long, rich history in Polynesian culture. The Tiki masks were originally hand-carved wooden masks that were used to symbolize deities, give protection, and increase luck. We'll create our own colorful and textured papers with paints with a variety of brushes, and different items to make texture, in mixed-media format, then use the painted papers to create our Tiki masks. Pre-register for a 3:45pm audition time for Peninsula Youth Theatres CENTERSTAGE production of "SEUSSICAL." Registration guarantees you a spot in the 3:45pm audition group. You must be age 8-18 or have prior executive director approval. Children must be 8 by 3/17/16 to participate. PLEASE NOTE: TO KEEP YOUR SPOT you must arrive by 3:15pm with your paperwork completed for check in and measurements. If you have not arrived by 3:30pm your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list and you will be moved to the next available audition slot. We cannot guarantee that that will be the next audition group. End time is approximate - if you are dropping off your child you should ask producers for a better estimate based on how auditions are going. 650-988-8798

At North Miamis annual Spring Break Camp campers will have a great time with old and new friends. Campers will stay busy with indoor and outdoor supervised activities, field trips, and a party. This program will provide campers with more then the recommedned 60 minutes of daily physical activity. Fee includes all trips, actvities, daily snacks and related transportation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please bring this receipt on first day of camp. Fee includes all trips, activities, daily snacks and related transportation. Campers must bring a bagged lunch daily. Our refund policy is to provide a 100% refund for anyone who submits a written request prior to the start of the session. Any written request received after the first day of the session will be processed with a $20 administrative fee. After the third day of the session, there will be no refunds. A BIRTH CERTIFICATE is required for each child registered. Additionally, only parents and legal guardians are permitted to register their children. This process-oriented class focuses on using different art mediums and using our different senses while creating. The best aspect of this class is how fun it is going to be! Were painting in big and messy and outrageous ways. Students will be challenging their imaginations all week! Please have your child wear clothing they can get messy. 206-957-1533

DETAILS Students in Broadway Bound will be challenged to create multi-dimensional characters who use musical theatre songs to genuinely express emotions and tell a story.
