Teen Celtic Camp - Boulder Creek, CA
Ages 13-18, $640 early bird registration. Spend all day playing music in the redwoods, and have a great time singing, dancing, watching Song of the Sea in the meadow, sessioning and improv-ing every night! Before dinner in the late afternoon the pool is open as well as the volleyball court, ping pong table, basket ball and tether ball. Program includes all meals and boarding. Bring bedding, clothes (including swimsuit and jacket), towel, toiletries, bug repellant, sunscreen, your instrument, and music stand. Costumes may be useful, as well as other fun things for the pool and ceilidh as long as they are safe and legal. Theme: Celtic Luau? For players of fiddle, flute, pennywhistle, recorder, oboe, bassoon, harp, guitar, mandolin, banjo, dulcimer, accordion, percussion and cello. 2016 Stanford Synchro Swim Camp - Day - Stanford Athletics
Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow coaches the opportunity to work with and observe Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swim Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp. 800-357-7687
Golf Camps - Golf - St. Paul Gym
Learn the FUNdamentals for this lifetime sport with the University of Minnesota School of Golf. All Participants will experience the latest techniques in golf training and specialized starter equipment. Campers age 6-8 will learn putting, chipping and full swing technique through games and drills, plus etiquette and rules. Older campers add in pitching and additional training stations, plus get a chance to apply their skills on the course and learn more about how a golf course operates. These sessions are best for beginners to those with moderate experience. Bring golf clubs if you have them; some equipment is available to share. Please plan accordingly for the weather with a cap, sunscreen, water bottle, and umbrella or rain gear. All registrants agree to the policies and procedures of Youth Programs, including change fees, cancellation fees, deadlines, and other details found in the program materials and parent handbook.
