Students exercise more than just their body, learning mental conditioning, athletic routine,emotional control and gameplay strategy. Lions Den Tennis School is where the new school meets the classics. Using the latest fitness tools, students are taught correct technique, including grips for forehand, backhand, serve,volley, court position and much more. Science in the City Camp provides students with a full week to explore a science topic alongside passionate faculty. Science in the City courses will activate campers imaginations as they are encouraged to invent, engage and explore. Using Chicago as a resource, campers will connect science activities with everyday life. See options for specific course offerings each week. LUNCH: Science in the City campers must bring their own peanut-free bag lunches and drinks each day. Refrigerated facilities are not provided. An insulated lunch box with an ice pack is recommended.
