The outdoor activities were my son's favorite activities at this camp
This picturesque camp is quietly located between the Chugach Mountains and the Cook Inlet. It has been welcoming campers since 1961. My 10 year old son loves any outdoor activities. This camp is perfect for him. The non-judgmental philosophy of the camp makes it a place where children and teens can grow. Although there is a Christian emphasis at this camp it does not feel as if they are preaching. The staff live their faith by showing kindness and acceptance. ... Read More...

My Tutor and More OPEN FULL DAY FOR KISD EMPLOYEES at The Park @ MTM Teacher Work Day Monday, 1/25/16 My Tutor and More will offer full day child care services to KISD Employees at our new location, The Park @ MTM ~ KILLEEN'S NEW INDOOR PLAYGROUND AND FAMILY FUN CENTER, 4006 E. Stan Schlueter Loop! Teacher Work Day ~ Full day services available, 7am-6pm, $30/student, pizza lunch provided or children may bring their own lunch, snacks provided, NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES or toys, however, children may bring books. Children will be engaged in fun activities, crafts, games, bouncy houses, indoor basketball, movie time, gaming systems, pool tables and more! Be sure to wear or bring SOCKS! Teachers/employees MUST visit The Park @ MTM prior to the date to complete necessary documents (repeat customers do not need new paperwork) and make payment. We are open daily to accept new registrations during any of our hours of operation. The cost of this package is just $30/student. Students will experience the process of creating a play from a simple idea to the performance on stage. They will get to pitch their ideas, help form and shape the storyline, write dialogue, create characters and perform for an audience. This unique class is ideal for any student interested in all the aspects of theatre. INSTRUCTOR JOHN WALDRON received his BFA in theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. As an actor, director, and instructor, he has been working in the region for over 20 years. He has directed shows at Aldersgate and MVCCT. John can be seen in the motion picture Talk To Me starring Don Cheadle and was featured on Investigative Discovery show Who The Bleep!.
