What Staff Members Are On Site?
There are a number of trained staff on site. They undergo staff training to better understand the mission, policies, and schedule of the program. Different camps have different ratios. The smaller the ratio, the more individualized attention a camper will receive. For example, a 1:3 ratio means that there is one staff member per three campers. Some staff are focused on the daily care of youth in the cabin or program whereas others are trained to lead specialized activities. Jr. Tiger Summer Camp (Commuters + Pitching Day Camp) - Dan Devine Pavilion
This is the registration for the Jr. Tiger commuters plus the pitching day camp. Here your camper will check-in the morning of June 13th and participate in a pitching day camp hosted by Doug Gillis. Body Contact & Checking Camp - LC Ice Arena
Body Contact/Checking Clinic - Bantam, Midget boys Bantam, & Midget - $350 RMHS is coming to Lewiston for a Checking/Body Contact camp for Bantam, Midgets. The players will be separated into groups by age and skill level. This will ensure the players will be training against players of their skill level for the best possible training environment. During this clinic we will focus on proper body contact along the wall and in the open ice. The RMHS staff will focus on proper body positioning for both giving and receiving body contact. These skills are important to learn for the players where body contact is legal and for the non checking leagues. ATTENTION GOALTENDERS - Every RMHS camp will offer professional goaltending instruction from one of our professional goaltending coaches. We limit theses spots to four goaltenders per group.
