Escape From City Life
Canyon Creek is just about an hour’s drive outside LA and I’m really glad we took our kids. They learned a lot about several different sports and seemed to be really excited when we picked them up. It is near a large lake and is a beautiful area. The camp was huge and had many sporting facilities. All of the equipment seemed to be new and the camp counselors were great with the kids. The dates for this years camp are July 25 to 29 at Lakewood Retreat Center. It is going to be awesome in every way, especially if you come! Lots of great things to do at camp including some of the things that make every camp great! Things like: Great worship times, Bible teaching, campfires, hayrides, and all kinds of sports. Plus swimming, archery, crafts, human foosball and more! This years theme is RUN THE RACE and we are going to have some new things plus all the other great things we normally do at Cross Street Youth Camp! Come ready to grow closer to God! Come ready be encouraged, challenged and changed! Come ready to have great times with your old friends and new friends! * The cost of this years camp is $205. Football Freshman Summer Camp(06/20/2016-07/13/2016) - Mater Dei High School
This camp is for registered incoming Mater Dei freshman. The purpose of this camp is to prepare the freshman team both physically and mentally for rigors of Monarch Football. Both Players AND parents are expected to attend freshman orientation on Monday, June 13 from 6pm-8pm. Summer camp at Historic Oak View returns offering a full day camp for the first time! Join us for this years farm camp to catch a glimpse in the life of a farmer and much more. Each day will explore a different theme of farm life. The campers will learn through games and hands-on activities about the farms animals (including our goats!), the history of the farm, the families who called Oak View home, the crops grown here, and finally, what the kids did for fun on the farm. Discover Scuba - CV High School Pool
Supervisor: West Shore Scuba. Students will learn how to correctly put on and adjust their equipment, control their breathing and get accustomed to being underwater and using scuba equipment. They will put their new found skills to use while performing Aqua Missions underwater. In addition to their water time, the students will continue their learning out of the pool and discuss marine biology. The only items that you will need to bring with you are a bathing suit, a towel and a release form. This camp is conducted by West Shore Scuba, a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) dive center. They use instructional procedures and certifying standards established and maintained by PADI. 717-506-3383
