Owl Pride Team Camp is for all student-athletes interested in playing football who will be in grades 7-12 during the 2016-2017 school year. Campers should bring athletic wear and football cleats to camp. Pre-registered campers will receive a camp shirt and water bottle. Walk-up registration will be accepted, but shirts and water bottles will not be guaranteed and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Whitetail Resort's Kid's Adventure Camps - Mercersburg, PA
This day camp for children ages 7-12 offers an opportunity to experience many outdoor activities throughout the day. Campers arrive each morning ready to get outside and expand their horizons. They start the day with a game of kickball or a snack of fruit before heading to their first session. Each camper is placed with a group of peers to experience these adventure based programs. From navigating the resort with a compass to paddling kayaks on the reservoir, they are certain to work up an appetite. A healthy lunch is provided at our Tubing Lodge for their mid-day break before resuming activities in the afternoon. After lunch, it’s back to the woods for an archery lesson or to build wilderness huts. Field Trip Camp - with Mr. Earl - Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission
Field Trips will leave at different times. Drop-off at the Jefferson County Community Center will be at 9:00 a.m. for the trips on Monday thru Thursday. Friday?s trip to Hershey Park will leave from the JCCC at 7am and will return at 6:30pm. Some trips may not leave until later or may leave as early as 9:15 a.m. During wait time for bus departure and drop off, games and other activities will be provided for the children until they are boarded. Pick-up for campers will be at 4:00 p.m. All trips are transported by Jefferson County School Buses. Campers will be required to bring special items each day. Campers must bring a packed lunch to camp each day, and wear sneakers, along with a snack and plenty of water. Other examples include: swimwear, extra cash for concessions/souvenirs, sunscreen, etc. Parents/Guardians who would like to volunteer to assist with the camp must pay their own fees for entry for each field trip. Parents/Guardians will need to submit a volunteer background check by July 10, 2013 in order to attend any trip. Cost includes tickets and admission for all trips daily. Camp Colley - 5 Nights - Town of Fountain Hills
CAMP COLLEY OVERNIGHT YOUTH CAMPS Overnight Youth Camps are designed to teach riding skills, horse care, canoeing and outdoor recreational skills. Life skills such as responsibility, empathy, and communication are emphasized in each activity. Campers ride a minimum of two hours per day in a series of riding lessons, games, and trail rides. Camp Colley partners with Hunkapi Horse Programs to provide overnight camps. This unique partnership will give campers additional opportunities at camp including, but not limited to, hiking, nature education, CANOEING, mountain biking, archery, and arts and crafts. Campers depart from the Kiwanis Ramada near the Splash Pad at Fountain Park at 8:30 AM on Monday and return at 4:00 PM on Wed.
