KidFIT Summer Camp - Plymouth, MI
XLR8 Athletix would love for your child to join us for a fun filled week involving education on health and fitness, exercise movements, nutrition, fun activities, and lots of new friendships. Our coaches and staff are thoroughly trained and Certified Trainers who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability levels. During each session we will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play: pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump. We will do focus drills that develop critical thinking and reasoning skills, and we will discuss healthy lifestyle practices that will last a lifetime. Jump Start Flag Football - Rotary Park
The All Pro Football camp will teach campers the basic fundamentals of football in an atmosphere that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork and the joy of sports. This program is ideal for children who have never played organized football, as well as those who have played youth football for several years. In addition to learning fundamentals, techniques and strategies of the sport, campers will participate in flag football games every day as well as fun games and contests such as "Punt, Pass, and Kick" and "NFL Fast Football". THURS : PreK & Kindergarten Program - The Story of King Midas - The Philadelphia School
Join us for a fun-filled day experiencing an interactive storytelling adventure about the myth of King Midas! Each student will decorate a golden mask and participate in recreating the story. Students will also learn about Turkey and the cultural traditions of the land where King Midas once ruled. We will also explore the rich and colorful patterns of Turkish tiles, and each student will design and decorate their own tile to take home. A mid-morning snack will be served. Choice indoor and outdoor activities will be offered, as well as a walk to Taney Park, weather permitting. Please pack a lunch (including a beverage) in a disposable bag. For the safety of our students, please DO NOT INCLUDE PEANUT BUTTER or any nuts in your childs lunch. The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with drop-off available in the yard beginning at 8:00 a.m. (at no extra charge). **Extended day is available from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for an additional $20. The Beginner Camp Experience is an excellent way to prepare for future full week sessions!
