Campers will explore their inner artists through a messy process of artistic expression! Campers will have fun as they do slip-and-slide painting, create splatter art, body prints and more creations that drip, goo and splatter! Each day will conclude with cleaning off under a sprinkler. What if My Child Has Dietary Restrictions?
Dietary restrictions and allergies are very common. Summer programs are prepared to accommodate everything from nut and dairy allergies to vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan diets. This camp is for students who are starting 7th grade through college age. Camp is 10am-2pm daily. Morning workshops include master classes with local instructors. After lunch session is performance rehearsal. Available dancers will perform the Saturday after camp! Cost is $250 for the 2 weeks and includes camp shirt and field trip TBD. Space is limited. School of Rock - Ohlook Performing Arts Center
The brand new musical - which opened this season on Broadway - follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few extra bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school and ends up turning his class into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. SCHOOL OF ROCK is produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who composed 14 songs to create the score, which also features all of the original songs from the movie. Ohlook has been granted a special license to perform this show while it is still performing on Broadway! Come join us and add a Regional Premiere to your resume! Performances: April 15 - May 1 Rehearsal Schedule will be set after auditions. You must audition during our Spring Auditions (Jan. 22, 23, or 24) to be considered for this show. This 3 Week class will introduce your child(ren) to 3D Modeling and Design with the use of Tinkercad and Thingiverse. Each student will learn 3D printer set up, 3D printing best practices and troubleshooting, design their own projects for 3D printing and receive an introduction to 3D Scanning. Your child should have a basic understanding of computers, how to use a mouse, navigating the internet and basic spelling. 517-233-1524
