Your Commander will lead your squad on training missions where you will learn to move with stealth and approach the enemy without detection. You will use camouflage face paint and clothing to become invisible in the trees. When your training is complete, you will prepare for the ultimate test; taking on your counselors in a full counterstrike operation! There will still be plenty of time for other traditional camp activities including swimming, Catan ball, campfires and Bible Exploration!! This summer camp will teach discipline, self-respect, respect for others, and overall wellness all in a UFC fitness inspired class. Kids will learn valuable life disciplines and the importance of physical fitness and healthy nutrition. Some activities include: • Age appropriate workouts • Basic Self Defense Course • Intro to Mixed Martial Arts • Basic Nutrition Awareness • Anti-Bullying Curriculum Come join us and help raise fitness awareness all while supporting your local school district. All Summer Clinics are three days long from 9am-12pm. Tuition includes fun activities, a snack, and an official UFC Gym T-shirt.
