Students will need a digital camera and a *genuine* desire to learn more about photography. We will offer separate sessions for middle & high schoolers in June and July. We’ll have instruction, shooting practice and fun learning activities each day in an artistic, small group environment. Where: NDP main gym About: NDP girls basketball camp teaches young players the fundamentals of the game. Those new to the sport will learn the skills of ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding and defense, while more experienced players will be challenged to further develop their competency in those areas. While great focus is paid to individual skill work, ample time is devoted to a variety of competitions. Running the camp is NDP coach Kathleen Offer, who played collegiately at Yale and has coached in the Fighting Irish program for eight years. The entire staff, which includes current NDP girls basketball players and coaches, is dedicated to challenging the campers to the best of their ability while they have lots of fun with old and new friends.
