Kid's Do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Join us after class for our special, annual Kid's Do Strollfit Class. All kids are welcome to bring a push toy (stroller, lawn mower, grocery cart, etc.). They can put a doll or stuffed animal in it to ride around. After class, the kids will do their own verson of Baby Boot Camp - Norman. It is sooooo cute. They learn so much by watching us, why not let them show off? Older Kids (usually age 3ish...), here is the list of exercises you can teach. Moms, please work with your child and help them show the exercise to the group and then do 5 reps. Sebastian: High Knees Whitely: Burpees Lanie: squats Cooper: push ups Who else wants to teach??? Just let me know and I will add them and their exercise. Also!! There is a prize for the best decorated push toy!!

For Boys and Girls Ages 4-12 years old 9AM-4:00PM CHOOSE ANY 3 FULL DAYS This program offers children a chance to participate in many different sports such as basketball, soccer, floor hockey, volleyball, and other physical education type activities. This 2 week introductory robotics program uses the Lego NXT Robotics framework to introduce students to engineering and technology ideas. Students will build a sample of simple robots to solve problems with real world applicability. On the last day of the program students host a robotics competition, which parents and family are encouraged to attend. Students can choose to enroll for 1 or 2 weeks. 347-630-1921

Sensei Kirk Farber incorporates building self-esteem and character education within every class session. Each session emphasizes the principles and concepts to enhance the individuals fitness skills while speaking on character traits. Camp will include the FACE class, outside activities, and agility/coordination training. Each week will have a different theme. Prizes will be earned at the end of each week.
