For those of you who may not know, Camp Kesem is a camp for children's whose parents have been affected by cancer. Emphasis is on safety, chemistry history, proper use of chemistry lab equipment, and an introductory understanding of chemical symbols and reactions. Monoprint techniques will also be taught for creating looser, more abstract images. All students should come away with no fewer than five images from printmaking techniques, and the skills to create more on their own with a few low-cost tools.
