Pattern-Making Fundamentals - Manhattan - Esaie Couture Design School
Learn how to draft sewing patterns with flat pattern-making techniques. This course will give you all the basic skills you need to learn how to read and understand patterns and how to create your own pattern styles, using your own measurements to create a custom fit. Students will also learn about how to do simple alterations and changes to this basic pattern, aka the sloper (the fashion term for your basic pattern block). This is a great class for those with no skills in pattern-making or for those who sew and might have made clothes but with no technical training. Elementary Sacrament Prep - St. Vincent de Paul
First Reconciliation and First Eucharist is offered beginning in 2nd grade to those who have previously attended RE classes. Reconciliation classes begin in early January, First Reconciliation is in February. This is immediately followed by Eucharist classes. First Eucharist is the first weekend in May.
