Sumo Bots If you think one robot is interesting, wait until you see two of them battling for control Sumo-style. Students will build a Sumobot robot using VEX IQ platform and learn to program using sensors to build the strongest robot. Autonomous Sumobots try to locate and knock their opponent out of the ring while detecting the outside circle. Students will engage in robust design strategies while programming with sensors to create an autonomous robot. Robot wrestling match demonstrations will be held on the last day of the workshop. In 2016, the AKA All Sports Camp will be entering its 11th summer at the National Sports Center in Blaine and kids everywhere will be screaming for more FUN!! The 2015 Summer program at the NSC again reached capacity... the 2016 AKA ASC at the National Sports Center will fill up in the winter, without a doubt!
