5, 6, 7, 8! This camp is all about creative movement in a playful camp environment. If you ever wanted to find out what dance is all about or if you already enjoy it, you will love what we will do together this week. We will concentrate on the study of ballet, creative movement, jazz, and hip-hop dancing. Dance, music, creative expression, and lots of fun will all be a part of our time together. CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here. The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people.
