Session 1: June 13-July 8 (No camp on 7/4) - Summit Schools
3-year olds (who are toilet trained) to children entering Kindergarten may enroll for 5, 3 OR 2 half days of preschool. A small class size of 8 students to 1 early childhood certified teacher enhances learning. The groundwork for early language, math and science skills is formed utilizing multi-sensory, child-centered activities. A unique phonics-based teaching system brings the alphabet to life, as it lays the foundation for reading. Each session is 4 weeks long - 5 day option: Monday-Friday - 3 day option: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 2 day option: Tuesday, Thursday *Please consider sending your 4 or 5 year olds to our PreK kindergarten readiness Camps (see "2016 Summer Themed Camps" and look for PreK camps). These afternoon sessions are an opportunity for your 4 or 5 year old to prepare for a full day of school. These PreK themed camps offer a fun, engaging learning environment as we work on kindergarten readiness through different weekly themes. *Please note: Students age 4 and up who are registered for a morning and afternoon camp within the same week are invited to stay for FREE supervised lunch and recess between 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Beginning Traditional Strings (Fridays) - Viewpoint School
The Beginning Traditional Strings class is for students in Third and Fourth Grade who have no experience and wish to play violin, viola, cello or bass in a traditional class setting. The class will focus on proper instrument posture, note reading and repertoire from the Essential Elements for Strings. These weekly, hour-long lessons include a snack and short break. Students must rent or purchase their own instruments. A book and other instructional materials will be provided. Classes meet on Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. 818-591-6597

Pee Wee Tennis Spring Break Camp Ages 4-6 - Gerry Kulick Community Center
Get you child involved in the sport of a lifetime. Tennis can teach your child a host of athletic as well as life skills. Coach Chip Fazio, USPTA Elite Professional, loves sharing the lifetime sport of tennis with youths and adults. Kids should have a properly fitting youth racquet and a water bottle. Spring Break All Day Camp - Spruce Meadow Farm
Campers will have a riding lesson and games/exercises on horseback session each day. They will also participate in a horsemanship lesson and craft projects. (716) 741-2346

Build-A-Bear - Old Trail School
Campers will visit the local Build-A-Bear store on Monday to create their own teddy bears. The rest of the week will be spent creating accessories and other items that go along with their individual bears. Campers will spend quality time with popular Old Trail teachers and friends incorporating stories and drama, arts and crafts, songs and games, social studies and research, science and exploration, Math, and Language arts into all their explorations. Emphasis on teamwork, celebration of individual growth and creativity will make this camp exciting and memorable. Campers should wear comfortable play clothes and be ready to go, go, go!
