OUTDOOR YOUTH DAY - West Palm Beach, FL
Outdoor Youth Day is February 4,2017 at the Everglades Youth Camp 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be the Florida Sportsmens Conservation Association 14th Annual Outdoor Youth Day Event and It’s FSCA bigiest day of the year. This event has buggy rides, airboat rides, pony rides, and canoeing, archery, gun range instruction, fishing and wildlife shows to reach kids of all ages and show them the benefits of being outdoors instead of in front of a TV. We live in a Global Society and must teach our girls to function accordingly. This is a week filled with authentic global experiences. Girls will learn about different cultures, food, language and traditions. They will participate in our Global Pen Pal program and learn what their international peers experience on a daily basis. Girls will be divided into 2 groups: 7-9 & 10-13. Our capacity is 10 girls per group to ensure an enriching and impactful experience. **Inclusive every day are snacks & meals provided by Wolfgang Pucks Team, supplies, morning yoga on a Helicopter Pad (when not in use by an actual helicopter), afternoon meditation, all activities, guest speakers, workshops and more. 1-610-584-4283

Whether youve just started learning an instrument or have been playing for years, playing steel pan is fun for everyone! We invite all instrumentalists to come learn to play pan - from percussionists to tuba players, violinists to bassoonists! If youre looking for a new, fun way to play music, youll love learning about this Caribbean instrument from Trinidad and Tobago. Youll have a chance to try out all of the instruments - from the high lead pan all the way down to the deep, low tones of the bass pans. Youll work with your instructor to learn basics of playing steel pan and play in several ensembles with everyone at the camp.
