ECEA Youth Camping Trip - Killeen, TX
The youth have voted for their year-end field trip to be at Parrie Haynes Ranch for some camping and trail riding! If you are a current ECEA youth member, your campsite and day fees are paid for by youth club money raised at our youth fundraiser show. Please let me know if you are planning to attend, if you need RV hookups, how many horses you are bringing and how many people you are bringing so that I can make reservations next week. We will have orgainized group dinners and group breakfast. Bring your own drinks, lunches and snacks. It's going to be a blast!

Is your child excited about camp but not quite ready to spend the night? Good news! Timberlake offers Day Camp every Wednesday of regular camp for children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. Each Day Camp offers a rotation of different typical camp activities. We provide lunch for every camper, and they are put into small "cabin" groups, always in the care of our trained staff. NOTE: Preregistration for Day Camp is not necessary. If you wish, you can simply register and pay when you arrive at camp. FR 4:30P-5:30P Adventures in Art History All Ages Pam Miles - Beach Art Center
April 22,29,May 6,13 & 20 We have explored Cave Painting, Egyptian Tomb Painting, Vase Paintings from Crete, Greek Columns combined with self portraits as Roman Senators, Byzantine Mosaics and Romanesque Book Art. This winter we will be finishing up Romanesque Book Art and starting Gothic Stained Glass Windows. The students will be designing a stained glass window using paint and focusing on their favorite person, place or thing as the subject. From there we will be doing an up-to-date portrait of Mona Lisa using the body images of current internet and pop culture stars along with an au courant landscape in watercolors. The year will probably culminate in an Impressionist still life based on the work of Vincent Van Gogh. There will be a slide review before each session to update the new-comers! 7275964331.0
