Are you a lover of Legos? If you like to build and create with LEGOS, then, this is the camp for you! Join Mrs. Fagan and friends for a fun-filled morning of creating and building with different Legos and Lego kits the entire week! We will take construction breaks long enough to have a snack. So, get ready to have some LEGO Fun! This camp will include lunch from 12-1. Please be sure to pack your lunch for camp so you can keep having fun as long as possible before its time to go! The youth have voted for their year-end field trip to be at Parrie Haynes Ranch for some camping and trail riding! If you are a current ECEA youth member, your campsite and day fees are paid for by youth club money raised at our youth fundraiser show. Please let me know if you are planning to attend, if you need RV hookups, how many horses you are bringing and how many people you are bringing so that I can make reservations next week. We will have orgainized group dinners and group breakfast. Bring your own drinks, lunches and snacks. It's going to be a blast!

What is it about wax that appeals to our senses of touch, taste, sight and smell? Beeswax. Paraffin. Soy wax. Gel wax. In this camp you will learn how to work with wax as a creative medium that is as versatile as clay or metal. You will also explore how wax is made and how the very different chemical and physical properties influence what it is best used for! Campers will create their own candles, practice wax resist techniques and will even learn the age-old craft of encaustic painting (using melted wax as paint).
