Many summer camp staff are seasonal. However, there are usually a number of year-round staff who can answer parents’ questions. This is a chance to talk about how homesickness will be handled, emergency procedures, the daily schedule, dietary restrictions, and more. Interviews can happen via phone, email, or even Skype. Patience is important. Staff members’ time is usually limited during the winter and spring season.
Before going into this conversation, parents should make a list of questions. This ensures all necessary information about safety, program, and cost are touched upon. Camp staff should be able to explain how registration works...

3rd-5th graders are invited to join us for our winter camp, WinterJam! This year's theme "Starry Eyed" will remind kids that the God who created everything there is- wants a personal relationship with them! Kids will become STARRY EYED as they see how over the moon in love with them God is. Each day is filled with Large Group time (worship and a lesson), small groups (where kids dig deeper) and fun activities (climbing an ice wall, sledding, or playing broomball). Kids will NOT want to miss this camp! A deposit of $25 secures your camper's spot and the remaining $75 is due by January 12th.

Calling all flutes, oboes, clarinets and bassoons! Chamber Music is a fun and effective way to improve your playing skills. In rehearsals and master classes well cover a variety of topics like rhythm, phrasing, listening, intonation, projection and blend. Grades 7-11 (Overnight/Commuter Camp) Commuter campers follow the same daily schedule as the overnight campers. They are free to leave after league play (9:00PM) Check-in will be Monday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center. Please look for postings to help make this time easier and more convenient for all. Parents, we will register your child as quickly as possible so that you are able to get to work on time. Each day we will have fundamental and team practice in the morning. Free time will be from 2:30 to 4:45. Campers may go back to their dorm to relax, play pool, ping-pong or stay in the gym and watch the camp counselors play basketball. Dinner is from 4:45 to 5:30 with league play from 6:00 to 9:00. If you are a commuting camper attending an overnight camp week, the cost of your dinner meal is not included in the camp tuition you paid. Therefore, you may purchase a dinner meal plan for the week at the time of registration.
