The Senior ID & Team Camps provide the committed player, who play club soccer and/or for their school team, an opportunity to elevate his/her game through an intensive program. Led by the Davidson College Head and Assistant Soccer Coaches, other College coaches, plus college and former college players, the camper will receive excellent instruction from staff who know what it takes to play at the college and pro level. Premier level technical and tactical instruction will be provided, along with small-sided and full-sided games for many competitive opportunities for each player to grow in match conditions. Each camper will receive a written evaluation - for further improvement and for potential use for college recruiting purposes. Competitive Edge Sports Agility Camp - Fine Arts Academy
Competitive Edge places a high priority on, athletic coordination, balance, strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns that have been scientifically proven within the Ballet and Martial Arts community. These are vital in establishing a childs athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. This camp is aimed at the basketball player who may have some basketball experience but wishes to learn more. The clinic staff will introduce the aspiring player to fundamental basketball skills as well as some of the finer points for the game in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. The clinic will include demonstrations, contests, guest speakers, and much more. This camp will be held from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., at the Kittery Community Center. Residential Elite Camp Coach Rob Czlonkas Elite Camp is by far one of the most exciting camps we offer. This camp attracts players looking to take their game to the next level. During this camp players will focus on both the technical and tactical sides of the game. Players will be shown how to improve their individual foot work as well as how to read the game and react accordingly. In the end, this camp gives each player an inside look as to what it takes to play competitive college soccer and more specifically what its like to be a member of the NSU Mens Soccer Team. NSU coaches will be providing primary instruction and evaluation however various other college coaches representing a wide ranging of programs from Junior college to NCAA Division I maybe in attendance as guest instructors. Goalkeeper Academy As Part of the Advanced and Elite Camps, this camp is designed around the specialized training of Keepers that is required for the players positional development. This will prepare goalies that are passionate about the position for what the college game requires. As such, the camp staff will be comprised solely of current and former collegiate coaches. This camp will focus on high-level training, strategy and technique. It will not provide instruction on basic skills. A letter of recommendation from your coach is not required, but players are encouraged to consult their coaches to determine if this camp is appropriate.
