Kids' Fitness and Baseball Development Camp - Emeryville, CA
During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster. Camp will be from July 11 - July 15, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Daily, for kids age 9-12. NOTE: You must buy your tickets on Eventbrite to register!!

Race for the Campers 5K, 10K, and Kid's 1 Mile Adventure Runs - Trout
Get a taste of what Camp Jonah has to offer its campers in these 10k, 5k, and kid’s 1 mile adventure runs; with all proceeds going directly to camp scholarships to help get kids to camp! If you like your races with a little more "fun" than "run" Jonah’s 5k obstacle run is the race for you. Test your limits by wading through mud pits, scaling climbing walls, conquering inflatable obstacles, dodging flying water balloons, and battling many more surprises along the way. Win the race to be crowned camp King or Queen. Be sure to bring your messy clothes/shoes, you may get dirty! For the more serious runners we recommend our 10k scenic run exploring the beauty of Trout Lake. With Mount Adams as your backdrop, this is a race is one you won’t want to miss. Sign up for both camps and only pay $1000.00 instead of $1100.00. Kids will have fun learning the fundamentals of basketball as well as learn off the court life-skills. Activities include drills, full-court scrimmages, an All-Star game, skills challenge, three-point contest, free throw contest, and even a slam dunk contest! Each camper will receive a participation award, jersey, water bottle and lunch. The goal of the camp is to provide a fun and safe environment for your child to learn and enjoy. 04 Summer Fun Camp 4 Ages 5-12 - Middle School
Camp will meet from Noon-5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; and at 7:00-5:30pm on Friday. Activities will include: arts and crafts, passive games,educational games, group activity games, sports, strength and conditioning, rhythms, and free play. There will be swimming from 4:00-5:00pm in the Middle School pool. Activities will be geared for children 5-12 years of age. Bring a snack, swim suit and towel. Campers should report to the HS cafeteria and enter door #29 on days that camp starts at Noon. Campers will be escorted to the MS Gym after lunch by camp counselors. When camp begins at 7:00 am campers should report to the Middle School Gym and enter through door #36. In order to register for this activity, you must first click to open the participation waiver and then place your initials in the left box to confirm that you read and agree. The High School Advanced Camp is designed to create a highly competitive environment with the majority of our campers planning on pursuing a college baseball career. Mornings typically concentrate on drills and position work, while the afternoon and evening sessions feature actual games. Check-in will be held Sunday morning with evaluation sessions that morning and afternoon and a skills session that evening. Monday will feature morning skill instruction and games in the afternoon and evening. Tuesday will feature games followed by a late afternoon check-out. The High School Camp has featured representatives from the following schools in past years: Georgetown, Richmond, Lafayette, Brown, Columbia, Bucknell, Wesleyan, Haverford, Swarthmore, Davidson, Franklin & Marshall, University of New Haven, Dickinson, Bates, and Cornell. **The names of coaches in attendance will be given after check-in on Sunday.
