Cost is $30.00 which includes a t-shirt to wear on the performance day which is Tuesday, Feb. 7th @ 5:30. Girls should arrive at Tremper at 4:30 to run through things. The girls will do sidelines for the 1st half of the JV Basketball game with the Tremper Cheerleaders and then perform at 1/2 time with them as well. After halftime, they are free to leave. Sports Camp week 2- Flag Football - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of flag football camp, children will focus on the fundamental skills of football such as passing, punting, kicking and defense. Agility and hand-eye coordination will also be emphasized. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship. The third hour of flag football camp will focus on the basic rules of the game such as flag guarding, off sides , false start and passing interference, as well as the scoring system for football and the duties of each position. Additionally, modified games of flag football will be played during the third hour.
