Students should choose one of the three programs as their primary focus but will interact with the other two programs throughout the week. 1. Learning To Lead: FINDING YOUR PASSION- focuses on skill building that will help girls grow as strong, confident leaders. Leaders-in-training work directly with women leaders from Saint Marys and the Raleigh community, both one-on-one and in group programming, to explore topics including leadership styles, public speaking, business etiquette, historical women leaders, navigating ethical dilemmas, resolving conflict, find your passion, and community engagement. Field trips (like a visit to an animal rescue and veterinary clinic) and outdoor experiences give campers a close look at how animals adapt to changes in their environment, why wildlife sometimes conflicts with humans, and why animals may need our help for a second chance.
