We are now taking reservations for PRE-TEEN CAMP! Ages are kids in grades 3-5 (just completed). Camp will be at the Pineywoods Baptist Camp in Woodlake, TX, July 30-August 3, 2016. Times shown are approximate. We will release schedule closer to the date. Cost is $275 Total, with a $50 deposit due upon registration. We will be taking a charter bus to the camp. Kentucky 4-H Teen Summit is held annually at the Kentucky 4-H Educational Center in Jabez, KY. The conference is for youth who are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades. This program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship and communication skills in youth. While at the conference, all participants get to learn in fun and educational workshops taught by members of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council. The conference also includes motivational speakers that get young people excited about leadership. The cost to attend is $115 which includes meals, lodging, and transportation. Using the Youth Theatre season as inspiration, students will explore painting, drawing and various art media. They will enjoy developing authentic self-expression while exploring story lines, history and production themes with class artwork exhibited during each show. The Mariachi program is designed to provide high school students with expert instruction from active professionals. It is open to entering 10, 11, 12 graders.
