Hey there parents! We will be having a Kids Retreat for 3RD-5TH GRADERS out at Faith Christian Camp on February 12th! Arrival time is at 6:30 on that Friday and then pick up will be by 11:00am on Saturday morning. Dinner and brunch will be served. The cost is $10 per kid. Matt Johnson is the Dean for this retreat. There will be lots of games and fun activities for your child to participate in that evening. If you have any questions send us a message. We will be posting any updates or details on this page. Biology and ecology is as easy as riding a bike! Use your bike as a vehicle to explore and learn more about our local environment. The trails in and near Vasona Park will reveal critical features of our watershed and interesting aspects of our local and natural history. Practice and improve your riding skills and learn trail etiquette and bicycle safety. Also delve into the mechanics of various bike parts with hands-on experiments. Participants must bring their own helmet, two-wheel bicycle with 20" or larger wheels (no training wheels) and be comfortable riding. YSI cannot provide overnight bike storage. 408-827-5507
