Through El Grupos Youth Summer Bike Camp program your childs confidence, knowledge, and skills increase in a safe, fun and peer-led environment. Activities focus on developing safe-riding skills, mechanical knowledge, and bike handling for each skill level, as well as exposure to health and wellness, environmental stewardship, air quality issues, and recycled art through a series of hands-on experiences. You're invited to join us for our 2nd Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Camps Fundraiser at Calumet UMC. Last year, thanks to the generous support of the community of Calumet, all campers who wanted to attend camp were given the gift to go. We have over 50 campers expressing interest this year from 1st Grade - Senior High, and from various faith families. We are offering a Kid’s Night In at Camp so parents can have a date night. This month's theme is FALL FUN. The night will include camp activities,fall themed crafts, games, pizza and applesauce for dinner and a movie. (if your child has dietary restrictions, please send something to eat with them.) Mini Camels - Campbell University
Mini Camels Camp is a day camp for ages 5-10. It is a North Carolina favorite! Campers will experience basketball on our 8 foot hoops! We will put them through dribbling passing and shooting drills. Campers will leave feeling great about their games! Monday July 25-29th 9am-12pm 910-893-1477
Mariners (WAITLIST) M-F ($465 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
NOTE: Please only register for this session if you cannot select the dates on the Mariners M-F session you wish to have your child attend. Formerly Beginner Sailing. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. This class is taught in Rhodes 19s, Capri 14s, and Optimists. Mariners is designed to give the sailor a strong fundamental base of sailing skills such as rigging, tacking, gybing, sail trim, hiking, and some advanced boat handling. The overall goal is to make the sailor comfortable on the water in varying conditions, while eventually becoming proficient sailing alone in the Opti. Inside the Mariners class, we typically divide into three color groups: Forest Green (Novice), Lime Green (Intermediate Mariner), and Army Green(Advanced Mariner). As the child improves, they will advance through the groups until they are ready for Whalers. *Please note that the 2005 Mariner class is for those with a birthdate of 2005 or earlier. 508-228-1400

From rigorous training for USTA tournament and high school players to a fun learning environment for beginners. Beautiful outdoor and indoor tennis facilities, plus a chance to learn about and play other racquet sports like ping pong, badminton, and squash and swim in the pool at the end of each day. For resident campers, we have a list of fun activities at night including movie nights, Dave and Busters, and World Team Tennis.
