Bring your young adult to Creve Coeur Camera for a fun filled experience and learn photography from the Pros. 3 SESSIONS - 3 Hours each FEBRUARY 11, 18 & 25 Week One We will cover the basics of photography; exploring Olympus camera settings, Exposure fundamentals of ISO, shutter speed and aperture, Focusing techniques and composition rules. Week Two Practical applications of what you learning in the first week. We will have photo “sets” in the classroom for you to practice and Explore shutter and aperture (f-stop) techniques as you learn about the “appropriate” lighting on your subject. Week Three Learn the basics of Adobe Lightroom; the photo editing software the Professionals use and how to enhance your images. You will edit some Images and choose one favorite that we will print and hang in our “Photo Gallery”. It will stay on our wall for 30 days and then you can take it to display on your wall. Creative Kids Drop-In Winter Culinary Camp
Our 3rd day of camp, the students will prepare some fun and festive appitizers perfect for New Year's Eve! They will get to take home a selction to share with family and friends while ringing in the new year. Kid-friendly favorites such as pigs in a blanket, meatballs, cheese straws, and homemade ranch dip for veggies. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Learning areas: history, social studies, science, math, kitchen safety. Limit: 10 students Suggested ages: 6+ (younger are welcome with adult helper present) Warning: not an allergy-free event! Nuts will be present as well as wheat. Cost: $15 per child, per class.

Minecraft Build Off Tournament - The Digital Arts Experience
The Digital Arts Experiences Minecraft Build-Off Tournament IS BACK! Participants will have 1 hour to build in creative mode by choosing from a list of 3 categories. Previous tournament choices were "Fortress", "Dragon", "Roller Coaster", "Modern House", and "Space Ship". Similarly, we will give new categories to choose from! We encourage you to bring your own computer as we set up a nice space in our main area to compete with other kids, adding to the social aspect of the game. 2016 Stanford Synchro Swim Camp - Overnight - Stanford Athletics
Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow athletes the opportunity to work with Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swimming Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp.
